Meghan Joy O’Keefe (“MOJO”) is a singer/songwriter, performance artist, and poet serving as Executive Director of Amador County Arts Council, a “field office” partner to the California Arts Council, a state agency. O’Keefe works collaboratively with musicians, interdisciplinary teams, and non-artists to create original songs, theatre, and poetry.
